Delete Your Little Lingua Account or Data

How to Request Deletion

To request account or data deletion, please:

• email info@littlelingua.com
• include the email address or username connected to your Little Lingua account
• state whether you want to delete your account, delete all associated personal data, or delete specific data while keeping your account open

Data Deletion Without Closing Your Account

You may also ask us to delete some or all personal data associated with your Little Lingua account without deleting the account itself. In your email, please describe the data you want deleted, such as learning progress, app activity, support messages, or other account data.

Identity Verification

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This helps us protect your account and prevents someone else from requesting deletion without permission.

What Gets Deleted

When your deletion request is approved, we will delete or de-identify personal data such as:

• your Little Lingua account profile
• learning progress connected to your account
• app activity and account data that is no longer needed to provide the service

What May Be Retained

We may retain some information where required or permitted, including:

• information we must keep to meet legal, tax, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention obligations
• limited records needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect our users and services
• backup copies that may remain for a limited period before being overwritten
