Esta estrategia no elimino todos los problemas, pero redujo errores repetidos y mejoro la transparencia del proceso. En la evaluacion final, el grupo concluyo que la coordinacion temprana y la comunicacion precisa fueron factores decisivos para sostener resultados mas estables. Tambien senalaron que, sin una revision periodica de supuestos, incluso las buenas practicas pueden perder eficacia con rapidez.
