El caso de Marta muestra como un proyecto de Classroom puede evolucionar cuando se combinan objetivos individuales y acuerdos colectivos. La iniciativa comenzo el miercoles en la estacion con una meta concreta, pero pronto surgieron tensiones entre rapidez, calidad e impacto real. Aunque algunas personas defendian soluciones inmediatas, otras insistian en evaluar consecuencias a medio plazo. Ante ese contraste, Marta planteo criterios de equilibrio: priorizar acciones medibles, documentar riesgos y revisar decisiones cada semana. Esta estrategia no elimino todos los problemas, pero redujo errores repetidos y mejoro la transparencia del proceso. En la evaluacion final, el grupo concluyo que la coordinacion temprana y la comunicacion precisa fueron factores decisivos para sostener resultados mas estables. Tambien senalaron que, sin una revision periodica de supuestos, incluso las buenas practicas pueden perder eficacia con rapidez.
