Durante las ultimas semanas, Nora ha trabajado un objetivo vinculado con Community. El plan inicial parecia simple: reunirse el martes en el mercado, revisar prioridades y repartir tareas. Sin embargo, al avanzar aparecieron diferencias de ritmo y comunicacion entre las personas del grupo. Para evitar retrasos, Nora propuso un esquema de coordinacion con plazos breves y seguimiento semanal. La propuesta mejoro la colaboracion, aunque exigio negociar varias decisiones practicas. Al cierre del proyecto, el equipo identifico resultados utiles y tambien limites que deberian corregirse en la siguiente fase. Ademas, acordaron documentar aprendizajes para que nuevos participantes entiendan el proceso desde el primer dia.
