Our classes provide an enrichment and exposure to a language, other than english. They are taught by experienced preschool teachers and native / fluent speakers of the languages they are teaching. The classes are structured like a preschool environment:
- singing songs specific to the language they are learning
- reading books in that language
- playing games
- acting / puppet shows
- dancing
- celebrating cultural traditions and holidays
- simple arts & crafts
- simple cooking projects related to the language’s country.
For that hour, it is an immersion into that language and culture. For kids who already speak a foreign language at home, this is an opportunity to interact with other kids their age in their native tongue.
We encourage the parents to stay in the classroom with their children so that they can learn along side their kids and/or be able to reinforce at home what their children are learning in the class.
In home private tutoring
If you have a child older than 5 or our schedule of classes does not fit into your schedule, we can arrange for one of our fabulous teachers to come to your home and interact on a play based level with your child(ren) in the language that they teach. Email us if you are interested.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued for the entire session up to 1 week prior to the start of the session if you change your mind about taking the class.
Refunds cannot be issued for individual classes missed.If the language your toddler(s) is taking has more than one class per week and that class is not full, then you are welcome to attend the other class as a make-up.
